Last updated: 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. By browsing or using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which together with our Privacy Policy govern the relationship between you and our business in relation to this website and any services we provide across North Wales, Anglesey, Gwynedd, Ceredigion, and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

We provide driveway installations (block paving, tarmac, resin), garage door installations, roofing, landscaping, windows and doors, patios, and general external property improvements across North & West Wales. All services are carried out subject to survey, site conditions, agreed specification, and written quotation.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change if site conditions differ from what was originally described or visible at the time of quoting.
  • Any additional work requested by the customer will be quoted separately before proceeding.

4. Booking & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure installation dates or order materials.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
  • Start dates are estimated and may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen delays.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your booking before materials are ordered or work has started.
  • For distance sales (purchases made entirely online or over the phone without an in-person survey), your 14-day cooling-off period applies only before any work begins or materials are ordered.
  • Once work begins or materials are specifically ordered for your job, the cooling-off period no longer applies.

6. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Any underground pipes, cables or obstacles must be disclosed prior to work starting.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused to hidden or unidentified underground services.

7. Workmanship & Materials

  • All work is carried out to a high professional standard using quality materials.
  • Natural variations in colour, texture or shading may occur in block paving, stone, timber, tarmac or other natural materials.
  • Once installed, the customer is responsible for correct care and maintenance (e.g. sealing, cleaning, oil removal).

8. Weather Delays

Work schedules may be affected by adverse weather conditions common in North Wales. We reserve the right to pause or reschedule work where conditions prevent safe or proper installation.

9. Damage & Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, poor maintenance, or external factors (e.g. storms, flooding).
  • If the customer damages the driveway, garage door, or installation through impact, collision, or other accidental damage, this is not covered under workmanship warranty.
  • We are responsible for defects in workmanship (e.g., sinking paving due to incorrect base, faulty installation, or improper fitting).

10. Warranty

  • All workmanship includes a standard warranty period (length varies by service and will be stated on your quote).
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products such as garage doors, motors, locks, windows and doors.
  • Warranty is void if third parties alter, repair or interfere with the installation.

11. Payments

  • Invoices must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late or withheld payments may result in suspension of work or additional charges.

We respect your privacy. Personal information submitted through forms, email or phone is used only for quotations, bookings or customer service. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to complete your work.

14. Governing Law
